Where to see bathroom vanities?

Is there a place where I can see many bathroom vanities on display? I need to buy a bathroom vanity and it is something I need to see in real life not just on a website as color and quality can look different up close. Places like Home Depot and Lowes only display a few and a search for "bathroom showroom" found contractor/decorator storefronts where the main purpose is to sell $20,000 bathroom makeovers rather than to display products. Are these things people typically buy mail order without having seen them or am I looking in the wrong place?

If there's one near you, try The Great Indoors.

My dad sold cabinets and countertops for 30 years and I know what he would suggest. He'd say that you should look in your phone book for cabinet, countertop or home remodeling stores and call around. Explain what you're looking for and ask if they have a large showroom of bathrooms. You may think that your needs are too small for anyone to want to help you but they aren't. A professional can be a big help with matching vanity to sink and general bathroom decor and if they do a good job you may be back, so it's worth their time to help you.
