What are these orange and green decorated shops in Chicago?

Over the past year or so, tons of shops have opened up around Chicago that all are decorated in orange and green, have no signs, are run and patronized exclusively by Mexican-Americans and seem to be either juice cafes or vitamin shops. What are they exactly?
Some of the shops have paper over the windows, sometimes there are dozens of people hanging out and sometimes there is just a person sitting at a folding table. Literally dozens have opened up within a few blocks of my home in the Logan Square neighborhood and I see them in Albany Park, Cragin, Humblodt Park and other Mexican-American neighborhoods as well. Has anyone been in one? Any idea who is running them or what they sell?

Wild-ass guess (because I think you should just go in and ask):
Could they be fruit cup stands? They are gaining in popularity here in Texas. In fact, they are opening a combination fruit cup stand/drive-through automobile inspection station just down the street from my house.

I don't get it either, cmoj, but you can bet I'm going to get one when my inspection sticker expires.
