Around 1984-85, about the time that "19" and "World Destruction" came out, MTV put in strong rotation a similar themed song. The video showed two guys, one white, one black singing about the proliferation of weapons while dancing with shopping carts full of guns and ammo. What was the name of the song? Who were those guys?
