Where to buy a cheapish rangefinder camera (film) in Madrid or London

I'm in Madrid this semester, and would like to pick up an old rangefinder camera (film) or similar for around 20 euros. Is digging around antique shops and similar my best bet? Do you know a place? Or are there actually some not-terribly-expensive used camera shops in this big pretty city? Are there secondhand shops/thrift stores at all in this town? Aware of El Rastro, tried once with no luck and will probably try again Sunday. I'll also be in London next weekend and am not opposed to buying it there if you know a place.

I am primarily looking for location suggestions of used camera shops or antique stores that would have what i'm looking for, but tangential advice or words of wisdom (where to buy film, where to get film developed(or do I wait until i'm back in the states?), &c., &c.) are also appreciated.

Are you looking for a rangefinder camera or 35mm film, or what? Most rangefinders take 35mm film, which can still be bought and developed everywhere I've been lately.

Response by poster: Yeah, normal 35mm film for a normal rangefinder camera. I was really referring to specific suggestions for reputable/cheap places.

Response by poster: (that is to say, sorry for the confusion.)

You've considered eBay?
