finding a good realtor in SF

How can I find a good realtor in San Francisco?

I live overseas but want to explore purchasing a condo or house in SF (Pacific Heights/Richmond/nearby areas) and would like to find a realtor to advise me. I'm looking more for reviews and client feedback such as Yelp than a specific recommendation, but if you have a rec, go ahead. Ideal agent would be prompt on email, comfortable dealing at a distance, decent website with good images/videos of properties and honest, patient, knowledgable, lots of experience, not aggressive or pushy.

Don't know any realtors, but I'm presuming you know about redfin.com?

I know someone that might fit your requirements (not entirely sure on the area requirement) but I feel tacky linking a family member here. If you're stuck for recommendations, drop me an email/MeMail and I'll link away.
