I want it hot, sweaty, and (downward) doggy style in Santa Monica!

Hot Yoga in Santa Monica? Or in LA that's not a Bikram studio?
I *really* like practicing yoga in a sauna-like environment.
In a city that I used to live, there was a lovely heated power yoga studio that had wood floors in the classrooms.
Does anyone know of a heated yoga studio in Santa Monica?
Alternatively, does anyone know of another heated yoga studio in nearby LA that isn't Bikram?
I know that I could probably churn up the heat in my apartment and DIY, but I like the atmosphere of others grunting and sweating alongside of me. :)

Best answer: Oh, I meant to add - if you end up not liking power yoga, there's a heated room place opening soonish pretty much right next door to the 2nd st studio. I find that much proximity to be quite a bit odd, and it looks like a chain, but there ya go.

Power Yoga does not use a heated room, but it gets VERY warm in there. Whenever I walk in my glasses immediately steam up. If you haven't been there just because it's not heated (or because of the stupid name), I highly recommend giving it a chance.
Unlike what the name might imply, it doesn't have any of the weird attitude that Bikram's classes have. To get hippie for a second, I feel like the classes have good positive energy and I like the attitude of the teachers whose classes I've been in (so far just Vytas and Amy).
It's also a damn good workout, and I don't leave any less sweaty than the handful of Bikram classes I went to.
(as an aside - the Ventura bikram location, while still heated and doing the same postures, didn't have the overwhelming feeling of negativity I got at the LA location)
