New air conditioner features

Can a wall air conditioner be set to pull in fresh outside air in fan mode instead of moving around the air inside the room?
I have one window in my bedroom. Some evenings, in the Summer, the air outside is very comfortable and I'd like to use the outside air instead of pushing around the stale inside air. My current very old air conditioners fan mode only recycles the stale inside air. What feature should I look for when I shop for a new AC?

Some have a sliding partition that can be opened to bring in a a certain amount of fresh air.
