H-H-Help me find some S-S-S-amples

Where to get a great collection of prime classic synth / industrial -- think classic Moog meets Wax Trax -- samples in WAV format? I've found the free samples I've googled online to be lacking, and I'm willing to buy a collection.

And, yeah, these need to be in WAV format. They'll be a gift, and need to be compatible with an older music composition tool the giftee uses that doesn't do VST/AU/etc. I'm aware of all of the killer virtual synth apps and plugins out there.
