Looking for devolving office image

Looking for an image that circulated the web last year. Office workers devolving into tribal primitives.

I'm sure half of you have this on your hard drives and I thought I did too, but I don't, and I'm not finding the right search engine terms to retrieve it.

1. The graphic design and illustration style resemble airline safety instructions.

2. The narrative of the panels is like Lord of the Flies in a cubicle farm.

Who did this, is the image being hosted anywhere, etc. Thanks!

If it helps, I feel like I saw this image with the caption (paraphrasing) "Whenever I get a postage-paid envelope, I put this in and return it."
