Does Xbox 360 have a proxy option with authentications such as username and password with it? Or PPTP w/ authentications. Also does it have a VPN support?

I don't full understand all the technical jargon.. but I don't believe so.

You can have separate accounts/gamertags. They're password protected.

royalsong, I believe the poster is asking about the way that the 360 connects to networks.

omaralarifi, what are you trying to accomplish? I'm no expert, but I've got a 360 right here, and I'd be happy to spend a couple minutes poking around in the menus for you.

How to configure network settings on an Xbox 360 console
Use Network Settings on your Xbox 360 console to set up your connection to a network and Xbox LIVE.

There is not proxy with authentication option. There is PPPoE authentication only. No VPN support.

Left-field: You can add this on with a separate machine serving as a VPN or proxy tunnel. I think I could configure one in Linux and Mac OS X with minimal effort, and it's probably also doable in Windows.
