Identify This Rainbow Print

Can anyone Identify this print?
I've had this print since I was a kid. I rediscovered it in storage and adjusted the framing. I really wanted some context on it. As you can see in the picture, there is some text cut off. Le Parc? Le Dadc?? its hard to decipher!
