What frustrates you about the generation behind you? What are you charmed by?

I'm asking both on an observational level and on an intimate more personal level. Although skirt lengths and hair styles apply, I'm more curious about the endearing or frustrating differences in interaction, ideology, etiquette, et cetera.

This is just an informal question. A late night discussion held between friends.
