Hybrid CD for PCs and MACs

Other than using software like Roxio's Toast, is there any way to create a hybrid CD that contains a Mac and Windows version Flash projector?

Disc Blaze is $30 shareware and will do it. you could also create a hybrid disk image from the command line using hdiutil and then burn it, but I've never personally tried this

Macs will read PC (ISO 9660) CDs, you don't really need a hybrid disk.
