Decent Vietnamese that sucks me in all the time (mostly because it's in my building). Good beef sate soup, and pork vermicelli:

Blowfish is crazy expensive- I spent $38 last time for lunch. Too expensive.
If Beltline is OK, my normal lunch haunts include Ruan Thai for a good Thai lunch buffet, Surya for excellent Indian buffet, Uptown Sushi for very competent, cheap sushi, Hol Grilll for excellent burgers and panini, Kawa Espresso Bar for amazing coffees and superb house-made soups and light meals, and the new Golden Bell Saigon for the best rice vermicelli I've had in this Viet-soaked city.
