Good quality, non-prescription sunglasses in D.C.?

Where can I buy good quality, durable, non-prescription sunglasses in D.C.?

I'm looking for some that can be worn with a suit (classic, vintage-like, etc. - in this vein - nothing sports-styled / oriented) and that I can buy in town.

I've never paid more than $20 for a pair of sunglasses, but my colleagues rave about Blink Optical.
