Is there an online or mail service that will convert/process Advantix or APS film rolls to digital media?

Snapfish will develop APS film (free for the first roll and then $7-$10 for each subsequent roll) and give you digital images for free. I can't vouch for their scanning quality, but I've used Snapfish for other things in the past and have never had problems.
