Kids putting milk in super soakers...yes

80's-90's movie filter: What's that one where some kids fill their Super Soakers/water guns with actual milk to destroy...monsters, I think? I remember them depleting the town's milk supply. Cheesy movie.

Any ideas? This has been bugging me for awhile.

Ernest Scared Stupid? They fought some kind of evil trolls by squirting milk at them.
