tailgating at Lelacheur Park in Lowell, MA

Is tailgating allowed at Lelacheur Park in Lowell, MA for concerts?

I'm heading up to Lowell, MA to see Wilco at Lelacheur Park--where the Lowell Spinners play ball. Our intention is to tailgate--grill and drink. Does anyone know if this would be allowed?

There are several public and paid private lots around the park. I've never had any problem, but I've never had a BBQ setup.
