Ommegang Rouge Keg in NYC/NJ

How can I get a keg of Ommegang Rouge in Jersey City or NYC?

We have a car, so transporting it's not an issue - I just have no idea who carries it for retail sale. Thank you!

New Beer Distributors on Chrystie St has some Ommegangs listed - might be worth calling them. Hoboken Beer & Soda Outlet doesn't, but they might be worth calling too - I'm not sure how often they update their website.

I've had success in the past ordering from New York Beverage on Bruckner Blvd. in the Bronx. They are pretty far away from Jersey City, but since you also mention NYC, they do deliver into Manhattan, which would save you the schlep. They generally don't charge delivery fees for orders that are ~$75+. I don't see Ommegang on their list, but who knows how often they update their site.

Thanks - I'll check out the suggestions. May I also suggest y'all try a glass? It's an amazing, perfect beer - low carbonation, sour-sweet - I can't get enough.

You know, I think I did try this once, at a place in NYC called Cafe D'Alsace. If I'm remembering right, it has a very unusual, distinctive taste. I'll have to check it out again! Good luck, and let us know if you succeed in finding a keg of it.
