Help me find Apple mail 3.0

This should be a no brainer but I guess I am extra challenged at the moment. I am looking to download version 3.0 of apple mail for OSX 10.4.11. I am looking for a google eye dog on this one.

I suspect that it also may not work with OS X 10.4.x and below. A lot of the bundled apps in 10.5 have features that take advantage of new technologies in the OS.
