Looking for unique glass cup

My fiance's favorite water glass is cracked. I want to replace it and possibly buy a whole set.
He has had this glass for years. His dad gave it to him, and it was from his grandparents. No one knows where it was purchased.

The glass is 7 inches tall. It has no markings indicating a manufacturer.
If you have glasses like these, where did you get them? Any suggestions about where to search will also be greatly appreciated.

Those sure look familiar and if you hadn't said they were old, I'd swear they were an older Ikea set.

I wonder if what you want are Swanky Swigs. That is just an image search, but if it is what you are looking for you can find more info here, plus a listing of glasses for sale on Ebay. Seems like a variety of vendors around the web have these, just depends on which pattern you like (and which vendor you want to use).

My mom just went to the Replacements store--not sure if they'll have exactly what you're looking for, but it seems like a great start.
