Hello Cleveland! Are you ready to rock? And by rock, I mean click really loudly.

A couple of Guitar Hero: World Tour (Wii) instrument silencing questions.
Now that I live in an apartment and my video gaming set-up shares a wall with my daughter's bedroom, I need a way to not wake her up and keep my neighbors happy while I continue to rock out (for certain values of the word "rock"). To wit:
1. I have seen numerous drum pad silencers for the Rock Band drum set, but none for the GH:WT drum set. Does anyone know of any, or will the Rock Band silencers work on my drums (I realize they won't do any good on the "cymbals")?
2. Can I somehow disable the click that the strum bar on the standard GH:WT guitar makes? I am willing to take the thing apart, if I must, but I'd like some detailed instructions if I am going to do that.

Ooh, robocop is bleeding's link led me to this related video, in which video closed-cell weatherstripping is used to silence the sticks instead of the pads. I may give that a try.

I had a similar issue with my guitar when I rocked out too much and the strum bar started to squeak obnoxiously. My husband did a quick Google search which led him to a YouTube video. Long story short, a small piece of folded paper between the edge of the strum bar and the body of the guitar stopped my squeaking/loud clicking; thusly I commenced with the rocking.
(This worked for my XBOX 360 guitar, but I imagine it would work the same way with your Wii guitar).
Happy Rocking!

I can't help you with your GH instruments, but I can say that the RB guitar is significantly quieter than the GH guitars, especially the RB2 Stratocaster. There's no click when you strum and the fret buttons are quieter. And, as you said, there are lots of drum silencers for RB drums.

2. Not really without risking the death of your guitar.
