The designers of this robot swore blind that a bar of LEDs below the two main cameras was simply the most practical way of arranging things.

The Mooninites are presented on Aqua Teen Hunger Force as 4-bit wonders of desctruco-awesomeness. They did, however, make a splash in Boston as guerrilla LED advertisements.

Not sure if they're robotic or biological, though.
