FLV &SWF &youtbue &confusion

FLV to SWF conversion?

I'm trying to load an FLV (youtube video) file into Adobe Connect, but it only takes SWF files.

The way I understand it, the youtube player is a SWF file and the FLV video plays within that file.

So my question is: How do I get a playable youtube video onto my machine for uploading to Adobe Connect in SWF format? Any ideas?

I've used Media Convert with success in the past. Hope this helps, good luck.
