Your local employment agency might be able to help you staff the position.

Are you talking about temporary staff or using a vendor to outsource the calls to?

Response by poster: I'm looking to find an agency to outsource this to. But I wouldn't mind finding someone who has experience, that I could work on an individual level with also.

I did a search on Business Source Elite at my Library. I found the NAICS/Industry Codes for Telemarketing, which is this : 561422 Telemarketing Bureaus and Other Contact Centers
I took that to Lexis Nexis and did a directory search based on that NAICS code
and made a list of the following companies.
Another option is call your local public library. Ask them if they have a book called
Encyclopedia of Associations, look for the industry trade group associated with this business. That trade group would have a directory of members.
Some trade journals of note for further reading include Marketing News, Advertising Age and American Salesman.

Corfacts, Inc. (CFCC), through its wholly owned subsidiaries, is a full-service telemarketing company, providing traditional outgoing call services and customized marketing programs. The company, which is based in Howell, NJ, specializes in providing telemarketing services for many industries, including the medical profession. Following an initial consultation offered to local patrons, existing or new practices contract with CFCC to find new customers. The company offers calling programs based on hours or on the number of patients the customer is looking to reach. CFCC's initial program is normally a guaranteed program whereby the client's area is tested to see the effectiveness of this type of marketing program. If the area is successful, many clients continue with the company's services, customizing their monthly marketing to meet their individual budget. If the program is not a success in that particular geographic area, the customer is issued a prorated refund for those patients that CFCC was not able to provide them. The company believes that this approach represents the most effective marketing dollar offered unlike an ad in any other medium which provides no guarantee. The company offers similar services to mortgage brokers, providing different size programs that guarantee the delivery to the broker of interested homeowners with qualified criteria for refinancing.CFCC has also done extensive telemarketing for the publishing, cable and utility industries, providing services that meet reporting requirements that are mandated by the respective industries.
