Joanna has flair, needs shirt

I need a Chotchkie's polo shirt ASAP. Help!
A group of us here at work will be competing in a company trivia contest. Our theme is "Office Space" - I'll be Lumbergh, we have a Peter Gibbons, etc. But our Joanna needs a green and white striped polo shirt. Where can I find this? (online preferred, or a store near NY/LI) I've searched extensively, but could only find white Chotchkie's t-shirts and polos.
And we need to have something by Monday! Thanks!!!

Best answer: What size do you need? I might be able to help...

Response by poster: DonSlice - Yeah, that's the one I found too. It may be my "go to" if I can't find anything else.
nineRED - A woman's medium, I suppose. Even a large might work. I'll talk to "Joanna" and get you more details.

If you can find someone with a sewing machine and too much time on their hands, or even a cheap/friendly tailor or dry cleaners that does mending/adjustments, it shouldn't be too difficult to take a white polo and a green polo, or even a white polo and some green cotton fabric from a fabric store, cut strips and sew them on neatly, or ideally into, the white polo (done inside-out so the seams are on the inside). Given the timeframe and inability to locate a green and white vertically striped polo, it's all I can think of. Don't forget the flair.

Response by poster: hungrysquirrels - Good point. That will be another option, just in case. And we have plenty of "company flair" to work with. Thanks!

In line with hungrysquirrel's comment -- depending on your level of committment/professionalism and your budget, a white polo, some green fabric paint and a small foam roller brush might do the trick without getting bobbins involved.
