What is the best way to emulate a specific webform/personality test?

I'm currently working on a client site that is for a marketing campaign. I went out of my way to set up a nice and tidy SEO-optimized CMS driven site and the client insists that I emulate a specific site. Essentially I need to get lead info from a prospective student (the site is for a college) and *then* they can do some personality tests.

I want to keep all this site functionality within the CMS I am using but the client seems bent on external popups. All of this said, can anybody recommend any software for creating slick javascript personality tests? Bonus points if it includes a webform for lead generation.

I'm going to try to do all this with the CMS I'm using, but the client seems bent on adding an extra layer on top of the site and just using the site as an online brochure. Any advice would be appreciated as the demands of this client are starting to take this job outside my comfort zone.

Best answer: Wufoo is a sick way to easily make slick forms that embed in your site iframe style and will spit out an excel file of results / email you when people fill it in.

Response by poster: I guess what is tricky about this is that I need something flexible enough that I can do a generic marketing webform to gather contact info AND host some personality tests. Kind of a mixed bag. I'll look at Wufoo - Thanks! Any more suggestions? I need to find the silver bullet for this. :)

Check out Wufoo's new Lickert scale feature: http://wufoo.com/2008/11/18/hey-likert-welcome-to-the-party/

It really looks perfect for building personality tests. I mean...that's like what they use on personality tests, right?

Response by poster: Well, unfortunately Wufoo isn't a silver bullet for these issues. It is *perfect* for my lead form but doesn't have the "answer categorization" that could make a generic survey into a "personality test" - regardless, I am using this for part of my project so thanks for the suggestion jeb. :)
