Is the Finnish song linked inside based on an English song?

Jani & Jetsetters - Track 5. Muistatko kun 3:26 (When You Were Young)
 and if so what is it?

According to this the composer is Urban Johansson, who seems to be a Swedish songwriter. So, probably not an English song but maybe you can email Mr. Johansson and ask for details?
