TLS up my XIFF!

I'm working on a Flex app, and I want it to interact with Google Talk. Are there any xmpp libraries for Actionscript that use TLS?
XIFF looked good, but it doesn't use TLS encryption, which Google Talk requires. I suppose I could modify XIFF to use TLS with as3crypto, but getting into its guts could be a lot of trouble.
Any ideas? I'm open to entirely different approaches. All my app needs to do is set statuses ("headlines" in xmpp, I think) on Google Talk accounts.

Response by poster: That is near-perfect. I guess my Google Fu failed in my frazzled state. Thanks!
