Based on the menu in the background and the shape of the plate, I'd guess "Da Bhang" on West 8th Street.

Because of this AskMe, I decided to check out da Bhang (listed as daBhang on Menu Pages) and try the waffle. I give it two forks up. Way up! If you order the deluxe they will give you as many toppings and sauces as you like. I highly recommend the pecan waffle with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate chips, coconut, peanut butter cookie crumble, strawberries, caramel, and chocolate sauce!

And the place itself is a relatively neat mix of modern and cozy.
