Are all adult sized pajamas boring? Where can I find some with dinosaurs, space ships, fairies, that kinda thing?

Try Jumpin Jammerz. (sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite, etc.)

Target has some in women's sizes with cupcakes and such on them. I don't know about men's sizes.

I have glow in the dark footie dinosaur pajamas from Target. I am not certain where my pineapple flannel PJs came from, but I'm sure you can buy them someplace also.

I got some crazy ones at Hanna Andersson. The selection varies by season and they are usually found in the family section, but you don't need to have matching kids to buy them for yourself :)

If you sew or know anyone who does, you're be able to find lots of fun printed flannellette or cotton fabrics at your local fabric store. You can even buy some printed fleece and make a coordinating bathrobe.

I have adult-size Transformers pjs that I got at KMart for a whopping 8 bucks. They have lots of other patterned ones with cartoons etc. on them too.

These are heavy on the holiday themes at the moment, but they have other designs at other times in the year.

For women's, you'd find a lot of good ones from Nick and Nora at Target - they are cheap (under $20) and made well.
Maybe also The Company Store - they have stuff for a whole pajama-coordinated family...
Or, places online like here (sleepyheads.com) or here (pajamagram.com) have men's.
Lastly, I think The Cat's Pajamas has only women's, but they have some of the craziest patterns.
My guess is there isn't much difference in men's vs. women's in terms of cut, anyway - you'd just have to get an appropriate pattern (i.e., no pink), and the right size.

My wife has a good number of Nick & Nora PJs in all sorts of funky designs, a fair few of these have come from Target. Not sure if they do Men'd sizes though.

I madly love these day of the dead pjs from Target (Nick & Nora). But after trying them on, I decided that wearing them would only bring shame on those that love me.

I like Nick & Nora too. Check out Bedhead, though. They have some really cute patterns.

Joe Boxer used to have pretty fun ones (I had some delicious flannel ones with men fishing when i was a teenager), but it appears they've sold out to kmart... you can still find some neat ones on ebay here and here and here and another.

An Australian store, but check out Peter Alexander. I believe they have a shop in LA. They do a good range of summer and winter pyjamas. My boyfriend lounges around in his Space Invaders pants for WOW nights.
