I went through this About.com tutorial and found it pretty helpful.

OLGA (On-Line Guitar Archive) has a good collection of tabs, and they have a nice LARGE Chord Dictionary that you can search through (it's a txt file) to find those hard to remember chrods (does anyone really remember how to play a Esus4/Gb chord?).

This looks fairly easy.

Esus4/Gb? No problem! Build off the Gb and substitute the 4th for the third. What position? Guitarists with proper fretboard knowledge need not memorize chord fingerings. ;-P
