Games like Ogame or Space Pioneers but more casual friendly?

Looking for a online game like Ogame or Space Pioneers (which I prefer) but more casual friendly. As in I don't get my butt kicked if I'm not online 24 hours a day. Looking for something I can not log on to for two days and not my work destroyed.
