Evolution, Thai style?

Tell me about the Thai image that shows an evolutionary progression from a rabbit to a general.

I was in my favorite Thai restaurant last night and noticed a new image on the wall, which can be seen here.

It appears to be some sort of evolutionary tale.

Can anybody tell me more?

(Apologies for the craptastic cell phone photo, it was the best I could do!)

Puzzled: is there a reason why you didn't just ask the restaurant staff?

Good point! We just didn't want to offend in any way - I figured I could Google this and get info. That failed.

I don't think asking would be offensive. This would be offensive.
