Exotic stocks

How can I buy stocks at "exotic" stock markets like Kuwait?

There are a few stocks I like that I would like to buy long term since the companies do a lot of business in africa (e.g. ZAIN). How is it possible to buy stocks at exotic markets like Kuwait or African stock exchanges?

You'd be surprised by the obscure exchanges even conventional brokerages have access to. For example, I asked Vanguard Brokerage (sort of a semi-autonamous part of the mutual fund company) about a stock on the amsterdam euronext exchange, and they actually told me they could handle the trade. Though not via their online interface (must call in).

And I like having all my financial stuff at one company, to simplify statements and taxes.
