Who narrated Barack Obama's DNC profile video that aired before his speech?

The voice is oh so familiar...but I can't place it. Thanks in advance.

It was also driving me crazy, but my boyfriend kept saying, "The guy! From Good Night, and Good Luck!" which leads me to believe that it is David Strathairn.
