Comedy Central --> Daily Show --> Videos --> search for John Oliver.

Are you sure it's not Rob Riggle, though? In part of one of his "Chasing the Dragon" China special he showed his previous Olympics gaffes, including his "Olympic Hottie of the week" segment. Perhaps John Oliver did a similar segment that I missed.

It is Rob Riggle, yes. The best part is when they show him issuing a correction: "apperently the country's name is Niger."
