Taxi in L.A.?
Can you personally recommend a good taxi / car service in L.A.? Has to service Santa Monica, L.A., Burbank.
I'm trying to avoid Uber but might have to resort to them -- so experience with L.A. Uber welcome too.
Car rental is not an option.
