Who, in the wonderful world of personal websitery, makes you laugh? You know, deliberately. [a few examples inside]
Response by poster: Izzlepfaff, from our very own Skot, makes me giggle like a schoolboy. Our good Meta-friend dong_resin makes me chortle with glee. The possibly-unaffiliated-with-Metafilter Fafblog makes me poop my pants, in a good way.
What funny bastards (or bastardettes) do you turn to when you need a good laugh?

You made my day, Mick. Another vote for THEWVSR. And Dong Resin. (Oh, and count me in for the newly-redesigned Dooce, also.)

Tomato Nation is very funny. I'm also amused by Amy Blair's The Week in Craig at the Black Table, although that's not really a personal website... If you like Mimi Smartypants, you might like Chicago Wench.

Redo!
The Sneeze is good all-around, and has some great reoccurring features such as Captain Avenger and Please Steve, Don't Eat It.

Mark Prindle's record reviews
"...apparently some losers refer to AC/DC as "Acca Dacca" as some sort of faggoty pet name or something. So I'm outside the colosseum peddling my young male wares one day back in '99 and I hear a slanty-eyed Arab shouting about a "free Acca Dacca concert." Well, I'm nothing if not cheap and filled with free time, but imagine my chagrin and embarrassedness when it turned out to be an "Al-Queda concert!" And there I am like a schmo shouting out "TNT!," "Love Bomb!," "Heatseeker!," "This Means War!" Boy, was my face white!"

Matt at X-Entertainment. He's hilarious and he likes the same pop-culture 1980s crap that I do.
