Simple Twist of Fate

MusicFilter: Help me identify which Jerry Garcia Band show this particular version of Bob Dylan's "Simple Twist of Fate" is from.

The version I have is 12 minutes 31 seconds long. It's an all acoustic live performance (you can hear a dude yell Jerrrrrrrrrrrrrry) and I have been trying to identify it for many years. There is a bit of digital noise in the middle of the track. If I can identify the show, I can get a better copy (hopefully).

You can download the file from here. Hit free download.
(As the JGB and Dead both allowed any and all taping and trading of performances, there are no copyrights violated here.)

I got this particular file online years ago from a random zip of mismatched Jerry performances.
I have downloaded a ton of JGB shows and cannot match this particular version of this song to any show. All other versions are either not fully acoustic, or more upbeat in tempo. This is my absolute favorite Jerry performance ever. I'd love to have the rest of this show.
