Backup and sync software for OSX

Does anyone know of a good, reliable free/shareware OS X app that can do simple backup/synchronise operations. Something like Syncback on windows. Thanks.

rsync is one of the greatest tools ever made.

If you go the Rsync route you may want to look at RsyncX, an OS X GUI Rsync client.
