Sites like woot!...that are actually worth checking regularly...

feed my work addiction. I need places that copy the woot! one-deal-at-a-time model that actually sales stuff that's not crap.

Best answer: If you go to shopping.yahoo.com and scroll down a bit, there's a different woot! item there. It used to be sellout.woot.com.

Also, woot! isn't crap, just most of what they sell is.

Response by poster: I guess I should clarify that I like woot! mostly. There are just several woot!-knockoff websites that I have found online that all seemed to be crap.

If you like board games, about half of what Tanga offers is board games, sometimes some pretty good ones. A fair bit of what they offer is crap too, but there's enough good stuff that I keep my eye on it.

Dealnews.com is not exactly like Woot (they don't sell their own stuff and they list 50 or 60 deals a day as opposed to just 1), but they are by far highest-quality "deal" site I've found. They research each of the items they list, and are pretty good about only linking to scrupulous companies. It's a great way to wast time at work...

Climb High Outlet isn't a deal-a-day sort of thing, but their inventory is fairly small, changes semi-frequently, and the discounts are pretty high.
