VideoChat with WebCam

I have a webcam and want to do video chat... Is MSN my only alternative? I've been VERY impressed with the quality of the VOIP calls I can make using Skype; is there something similiar for video conferencing with a webcam?

I haven't tried it myself, zia, but I noticed something about support for video in ICQ. It may also be in AIM, because it's in Apple's iChat, which interoperates with AIM.

I know they have video support in Yahoo! Messenger, but I never felt the need to use it because the only person I know who uses Yahoo! Messenger lives downstairs from me.

I have used the Yahoo video chat to talk to a friend in the Netherlands (I ws in Vancouver at the time) and while the quality wasn't great, and the experience wasn't either (you really need headphones for it to work properly), the price was certainly right.
