How to restore a missing drive icon for a external drive in Windows Vista?

In my need to keep order and visual appeal, how do I install a drive icon for my Western Digital 250GB External Drive in Windows Vista Home Premium which currently shows a generic no icon icon?

I have already tried the Vista Drive Icon program and it wouldn't run for some reason.

Is this what you want to do, except with a hard drive and not a flash drive?
