Carbohydrate counts for specific wines? And which labels are lowest in carbs?
Does anyone know where I can find out exactly how many grams of carbohydrates there are in specific labels of wines? I've seen general numbers by variety, but these can vary widely -- e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon might have anywhere from 1 to 4 grams for a 5 ounce glass.
I'd like to get more exact counts, and additionally, to find the labels with the lowest carb counts. My guess is that it's closely correlated to the residual sugar level, so if someone can point me to that info (and preferably a way to convert that data to grams of carbs), I'd be very appreciative.
Thanks,
Mike

There are also the wines (one.6 and one.9) discussed in this msnbc article, but I don't know if they're still available...
