Lost Animation filter

About four years ago at I think there was a short that was a part of Spike and Mike's sick and twisted animation festival. It was the year when the little white blob was bleeding from his hind end. Anyhow. The short I am looking for was about a little boy who was all about edger allen poe. I think the short was the name of the boy like Edwin or Edward. I have looked all over and can’t figure out the name of the short and where to get it. Thanks!

And I'm pretty sure that here you are talking about Don Hertzfeldt's brilliant short, "Rejected". (You can view it on YouTube, but Hertzfeldt is on record as being very disappointed by the short's availability on the internet -- largely because of quality concerns).
