What's the website that is set up to dole out free magazine subscriptions- and isn't a scam?

Is it this one? I've gotten a few magazines from them but you need to "qualify."

I've used that one, and you have to guess the correct answers to get to any interesting magazines. And the "good" magazines were only offered in special incentives, I think.
