She's a Jar.

Where can i find these jars on the cheap?
On a recent (and forced!) trip to Sur la Table, I found this square canning jar. The beast that is sur la table, wants 10 bones a piece for these things! I got one thinking that i could use the information on the bottom to google something a bit more affordable. the picture is a bit unclear, but it says:
MOO DEP. (maybe MOD DEP?)
A 3
350 ml
ITALY
I have tried every combination of those words into google, but no dice. To add to the mystery, Sur la Table doesn't have it listed for sale on their website...
Does anyone know a cheap(er) place to find these, or something identically similar in stature and shape? A bulk order is not out of the question.

In French, "modèle deposé" [MOD DEP] means the design has been registered or trademarked or something. I know you already found the jars you wanted, but perhaps this is useful info for posterity or something.
