My HP Photosmart 2575 All-In-One printer is cropping the last 1/8" of all my printed pages!

My HP Photosmart 2575 All-In-One printer is cropping the last 1/8" of all my printed pages! HP sent me a new printer and it's still doing the same thing. They are at a loss.

Is there any setting I can alter or configure in order to make it stop cropping the bottom of pages? This happens in every application I use.

Best answer: I don't have my photosmart in front of me, but this has happened at work and it's usually due to either the page setup being changed (ie, it is trying to print legal or A7 on a smaller piece of paper) or the margins have been thrown off in the settings.

do you have a particular setting in mind?

Best answer: We have a similar printer and the stupid crappy HP software constantly changes the default to legal paper. Paper size is where I'd look first, though I forget exactly which button it's under.

Meta-comment: I'm confused. Do these "best answers" mean they solved your problem? If not (you haven't said that they did), you're not going to get many click-throughs if the best answer checkmark is showing...

Response by poster: Sorry, I'm an idiot.

These haven't helped.
