Help me find good hip-hop

Good hip-hop blogs, message boards, sites, etc?
Back in the day, I used to lurk rec.music.hip-hop. 7 or so years later, my favorite posters have long gone, and I am struggling to keep up with new good hip-hop. Please recommend some resources to turn to to help me sift through the mediocre to find the gems.
Bonus points if you know and can point to where guys like Tony1er, Nesta and Applesauce from RMHH now hang out or post. Those were the people whose opinions I trusted.

I read a lot of Nah Right, but it's not very intellectual and highly NYC-centric. It works well as a barometer on what's going on in the hip-hop world, but isn't so hot for finding those buried gems.
Check the UGHH site and their forums. I also like to keep an eye on Sandbox Automatic just to see what's coming down the pipe in terms of releases.

Ill Doctrine, Nah Right and Unkut are all awesome. Some more:
Can't Stop Won't Stop is the blog of Jeff Chang, who wrote the book of the same name.
Cocaine Blunts and Hip Hop Tapes is basically the best of all the regional rap you've likely never heard of. The guy that runs it is a random rap nerd and knows EVERYTHING. Awesome mp3s.

Jay's Ill Doctrine is great, as is his original blog, Hip Hop Music.com. SOHH still has lots of great posts, too.
